Abbi the Amazing!

I taught Abbi to rollover!! I never thought she (or I) would be patient enough to learn it, but it only took about an hour. She'll do anything for food!! I'll try and get Martin to help me get a better video of all her tricks later. I swear she is the smartest dog in the world. She can now sit, shake and switch between both paws, two handed shake, jump, lay down, speak, and rollover. She also knows the commands for "go to bed" "go see dad" "hurry up" "treat" "let's go" and "outside."

Abbi and the balcony

I think one of Abbi's favorite places is outside on our balcony. I don't think I've posted any pictures of it. I love our balcony it is HUGE. The pictures don't do it justice. It will be even nicer when the weather warms up and we can spend more time out there.

" Can we go outside please?"

"Come on, open the door!!"

She loves to look over the edge to see if she can see any other dogs or people to bark at.


I love this picture of her. That is our new car in the background too by the way. I've ment to blog about it before, but haven't gotten any pictures of it. I keep forgetting.

This is the look she gives when she thinks she hears her laser pen, or in this case, she could see the mouse arrow on Martin's Mac. She's all intense. Too cute.

Haircut

It was once again time for a change with my hair. I went with my sister to her hair lady, and she chopped off all my hair. I really like it. I don't think I've ever had it this short before.

Ignore the big red mark on my neck. I had just gotten home and Abbi attacked me with her claws. Silly dog.

Also ignore the fact that I hardly have any makeup on and look incredibly tired.

V-Day

I wanted to do something special for Martin for Valentines Day, so I decorated the apartment and made a special pink dinner.

I found all of the candles from the whole house and set them all up.

That doesn't look like very many balloons, but it's about 75 and it took forever! Luckily I had the foresight to buy a balloon pump, but my fingers hurt from tying all 75.

Aww my sweet candle lit husband. He loved it and was very impressed.

The other day I found a website that sells these baby pouch sling things and I love them. It looked very simple so I found instructions online and made me one. Now I just need a baby to go in it.

I did try it on my cousin Keri's baby Aidan and Gayla's dog Minnie. I want to start making them as baby gifts. Makes me a little baby hungry.
