Lucky

Well we did it! We are all moved out of our apartment and into Seth's house. I didn't think it was possible. I had a lot of help from Martin and the rest of my family. Gayla came over and kidnapped me on Friday and took me to lunch and then came and helped me pack. It was so great. I so lucky to have such an amazing sister. Mom came later that night and helped shuttle things over to Seth's. Again I'm so lucky to have such an amazing mom!! The next morning Martin went shooting with Brandon and took his new guns. He is so proud of them, I don't understand it, but anyway. Then the boys came over and moved all of the heavy furniture over to Seth's in Brandon's big ol' truck, which was such a HUGE help. Martin and I finished moving everything over Sunday and Monday, and on Monday while I went home and took the dogs out, Martin cleaned the whole apartment! Vacuumed everywhere, scrubed the stove (which was pretty nasty) scrubbed the counter tops, cleaned the bath and shower, AND scrubbed the toilet!!!!!! I was pretty dang impressed with my husband. I finished up the apartment by getting on my hands and knees and washed the kitchen and bathroom floors. I took the last little things and packed them in the car and turned in the keys. It was pretty tramatic. I'm going to miss our little place so much. I feel like I'm giving back some of our independence, but it'll be ok. On top of all that Abbi was sick this weekend and I had to take her to the vet. Poor thing. She is getting SO HUGE. She's gained 3.4 pounds in the two weeks that we have had her. She's not so little anymore. Seth calls her Water Buffulo because she's so fat, and she likes to tip over the water bowl and lay in it. I just think it's the cutest thing ever! She's now 2 months old, and we're starting to take them out for walks on a leash it is so fun! Puck's pretty dang cute too. If I can find my digital camera (out of all of our moving boxes) I'll try and post some pictures of them both later.
