Star of Wonder

Every Christmas my huge extended family gets together for The Little Star Party. For as long as I can remeber we've had this party. Grandma and Grandpa Mills (when he was here) would wrap enough presents for everyone. Generally stuffed animals or something small. Then they hand presents out to everyone, and then Grandma would read the Story of the Little Star. (If I can find it I'll post it on here.) Basically every time the word Star is read, you pass the present to the person next to you, at the end of the story the present you are holding you can open. Our presents this year were star ornaments with snowmen on them. Very cute.

My Grandma is getting older and can't talk very loud so my mom read the story this year.

Martin and I. (I'm so sick of my hair, I hate it!)
Martin with my cousin Keri's baby Aiden. Awww. I haven't seen Martin hold a little baby ever. Sam was about 6 or 7 months old when we were dating. He was super cute with him, but didn't know quite what to do. Adorable!!
Us in front of the Christmas Tree at my Grandma's apartments. Notice how I have no coat and wearing flip flops when it's 32 degrees outside.

You are nuts! But I love it. Look at the cute Aiden! I just want to snuggle him up. The story + presents is an awesome idea. I want to do something like that now. Bah!

Sounds like a fun and memorable tradition!
